The following flap options are available for every mailer format.
The most attractively priced printed bubble mailers in our assortment. Made from 75gsm recycled brown paper. Robust for courier deliveries, high-quality, with a strong closure system, aesthetically pleasing, and ready for recycling at the recipient’s home. They allow you to ship goods economically, securely, and with care for the environment (due to the low weight of the packaging and the customer’s ability to separate the film from the paper). The minimum order quantity for plain mailers is 1 pallet per type, and from 5,000 pieces for custom printed ones. The production time ranges from 10 to 20 business days, depending on the availability of our production resources.
Offer for a printed product
We will estimate the costs within 24 hours (with delivery date) from the moment we receive your inquiry. We prepare print designs for free, based on the materials you provide. Typically, customers choose a 1+0 print (one color on the front), mainly black, on recycled brown envelopes. Sometimes another dark PANTONE shade or stylish titanium white is selected.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DETERMINE TO PLACE AN ORDER:
3. Determine the order quantity (most commonly ordered – quarterly demand)
2. Choose the formats of brown bubble mailers (most often more than 1 format – different sizes of products being shipped)
Formats to choose from
For order quantities of 5,000 pieces and more, we first print using 1-3 PANTONE colors, and then the printed web is placed in the folding machine. Our customers usually choose more than 1 format. Write to us with your needs, or select a format yourself from the standards.

czyli druk na całej powierzchni koperty, zazwyczaj dwustronny, nadruk na przodzie 1-3 kolorów niepasowany, nadruk tył 1 kolor (dostępny dla ilości od 5.000 szt. i większych),

ENDLESS PATTERN PRINTING
which is a one-color print, one-sided or double-sided, where the front includes the logo and postal information, website, advertisements, and the back features a simple endless pattern in the graphic style of the ordering company (available for quantities of 5,000 pieces and more)
Good to know: We select colors based on the files provided or as indicated by the Customer. One-color printing is the cheapest and most frequently chosen option. The print area for orders of 5,000 pieces and more is the entire outer surface of the bag.
Information for specialists: We assemble bubble mailers from 2 independent paper rolls, a back roll and a front roll – therefore, we do not register the front print with the back print and vice versa. What does this mean in practice: If a print with overlaps / logo is on the front, the back can be unprinted, or a one-color solid area (APLA), or a one-color large-format endless pattern print. If a print with overlaps / logo is on the back, the front can be unprinted, or a one-color solid area (APLA), or a one-color large-format endless pattern print).
Brown RECYCLING paper 75 g/m². This paper is most often chosen for 1-color prints
