Brown RECYCLING bubble mailers
The most cost-effective bubble mailers in our offer. Made from 75gsm recycled brown paper! Durable during transport, high quality with a strong adhesive closure flap. Aesthetically made and suitable for recycling after use at the recipient’s home. You will deliver cheaply, safely, and with care for the natural environment, thanks to the minimal weight of the packaging and allowing recipients to separate the film from the paper.
We place the brown recycled paper in a folding machine, where we bond the paper with the bubble wrap using high temperature, then the web is cut in the machine. Packing and quality control are done manually. The minimum order for plain mailers is 1 pallet for each format. The lead time is 10 to 20 business days (depending on available production capacity). We will provide a quotation within 24 hours of receiving your inquiry. Please choose the format or several formats, provide the quantities and delivery address, and the preferred delivery date.

Bubble mailers

good to know:
1. HK strip – protects the adhesive from drying out and prevents the flap from sticking accidentally.
2. Holes for seals – standardly, bubble mailers are equipped with 1 hole for standard formats A/11, B/12, and C/13, and for non-standard formats with an envelope width of up to 15 cm. Wider non-standard envelopes and the remaining standard formats are equipped with 2 holes for seals. Note! If there is no information about seal holes in the order, the envelopes will be made standardly, without holes.
Seals
seals – the constructions and materials used to make them available on the market are diverse, but their purpose is the same. Each seal has an individual number. They are applied to secure goods against tampering and opening by unauthorized persons.
