Variant B – Straight flap with holes for seals.
XXL bubble mailers – with print
The largest standard format available on the market is K/20 (internal dimensions: 35×47 cm, external dimensions: 37×48 cm), which is insufficient for some of our customers.
For demanding clients, we offer the largest bubble mailer format, XXL/29, with external dimensions of 450×480 mm and internal dimensions of 430×470 mm. Due to the large surface area, these mailers are exclusively made from durable brown or white kraft paper.
The minimum order quantity for XXL mailers, plain or printed, is one pallet. These large mailers are typically packed in cartons of 50 units.
Intermediate formats between K/20 and XXL/29
As you are ordering directly from the manufacturer, you have the ability to customize printed bubble mailers perfectly to your needs! Below is a table that will help you decide on intermediate formats, from L/22 to R/28, which we produce between the standard K/20 and the extra-large XXL/29. These formats can also be produced plain or printed in quantities starting from 1 pallet. These large mailers are typically packed in cartons of 50 units.

/
Good to know: We select colors based on submitted files or as specified by the Client. Single-color printing is the most cost-effective and most frequently chosen option. The print area covers the entire external surface of the mailer.
Information for specialists: We assemble bubble mailers from 2 independent paper rolls, the back roll and the front roll – therefore, we do not align the front print with the back print and vice versa.
What this means in practice: If a print with imprints / logo is on the front, the back can be unprinted, or a single-color solid area (APLA), or a single-color, large-scale endless pattern print. If a print with imprints / logo is on the back, the front can be unprinted, or a single-color solid area (APLA), or a single-color, large-scale endless pattern print.
