WHITE BUBBLE mailers – CONSTRUCTION
Convenient to use and durable in transport. Bubble wrap absorbs and protects against dirt and prying eyes. It is enough to put the product in the envelope, peel off the HK strip and seal the envelope. The glue holds tight, so you do not need to use additional tapes and foil. You will save time and money!
That’s not all – the improved construction makes recycling easier. After receiving the package, the customer takes the product out of the white bubble mailer, then he can intuitively and effectively separate the bubble foil from the paper. As a result, bubble wrap and paper will be recycled instead of being thrown away somewhere where plastic reaches groundwater.

Super PAK bubble pockets are made of offset white 75 gsm paper. The photo below shows the texture of the white offset paper of Super PAK:
Product packaging information:
- We pack pockets in brown boxes, closed with paper tape,
- On each of the box we stick the label with information about product,
- Informations abot the quantities in 1 box and on 1 full pallet, You can find: under the each of paper bag on www, in PDF catalogs or in Excel pricelist.
- If You need detailed information, such as the weight and size of the box, weight and number of SUMO per pallet and pallet height, You will find in Excel pricelist.
For quantities between 50 and 4,500, we print on previously manufactured standard – stock Super PAK pockets, made of white offset paper.
Bubble wrap padded pockets Super PAK do not have holes for plastic security seals.
If you need white offset 75gsm bubble pockets with holes for plastic seals in the flap – pockets with your print – you must order at least 5,000 pcs / or order standard Super PAK EX bubble wrap padded pockets with holes.

- Time is money. Peel&seal pocket – you peel off the silicone strap and close the flap, which sticks with a strong adhesive to the pocket, permanently closing it. You close the pocket + write the address – and do nothing more. Bubble wrap protects the shipment.

Probably none of us wants to waste a few minutes on difficult (often impossible) separating paper from foil. The difficult separated bubble wrap for paper causes most of us to throw bubble envelopes into mixed waste after use. - The customer will receive your package in a bubble pocket with your logo. Thanks to its properties and durability, you don’t have to wrap the pockets with an additional foil stretch or stick them with extra self-adhesive tape. Good to know: standard bubble pockets with holes are usualy with 1 hole for sizes: A / 11, B / 12 and C / 13. However, the rest of the standard formats has 2 holes for plastic security seals.
