MAILERS PACK – CHARACTERISTICS:
Each package contains:

10 mailers for formats from A/11 to H/18 and CD/21
-
5 mailers for formats I/19 and K/20
The packages are wrapped in transparent plastic. The mailer print is visible only on one side of the package. In the lower right corner of the package, there is an attached label (intentionally, the label covers the EAN-13 of the individual envelope, as it differs for the single item and the package).
The package label includes information enabling the retail sale of a single package in stores:

The EAN-13 barcode for the package;

The product MODEL NO., which is its simplified name to facilitate product identification.
Additionally, the label features information about the internal and external dimensions in Polish (PL), German (DE), and English (EN).
Sales Unit
Full cartons. Multiple formats can be mixed on a single pallet. Prices are negotiable depending on the order size.
Availability
Goods in quantities of up to 1 pallet per format are available immediately. For larger quantities, the lead time is 10-15 business days.
Mailers in the package – CHARACTERISTICS:
White bubble mailers without seal holes, featuring the SuperPAK brand print, format marking, and EAN-13 barcode. The series of mailers includes air cushioning protection (a “bubble” foil insert) and is available in 11 standard formats. The mailers are made of white Offset paper with a weight of 75 g/m². They are widely used for courier shipments. After use, the paper part can easily be separated from the plastic foil, allowing for quick sorting of waste!
Personalization is available for orders of 10,000 envelopes of a specific format. We are a factory with a fully equipped machine park. For details regarding personalized projects, please contact us by email or phone.

Pack of 5/10 pieces– SuperPAK extra - White mailers offset
Standard SuperPAK extra bubble mailers without seal holes on the flap, made from white offset paper with a weight of 75 g/m². They feature a printed barcode and format symbol.
For each standard SuperPAK extra format, we maintain stock levels of plastic-wrapped packages. Formats from A/11 to H/18 + CD are wrapped in packs of 10, while formats I/19 and K/20 are wrapped in packs of 5 due to market requirements.

On the back of the standard SuperPAK extra mailer, there is a navy blue print:
The individual print elements:
- A multilingual inscription “OPEN HERE” indicating the most convenient place for the recipient to open the mailers.
- A multilingual description “Recycling! Separate the foil from the paper” + recycling instructions in the form of a graphic.

- Mailers format along with its internal and external dimensions provided in centimeters, as well as the ‘Made in Europe’ logo.
- EAN-13 barcode, unique for each format, enabling the sale of a single item in a physical store.
SuperPAK extra bubble mailers are made of white offset paper with a thickness of 75 grams per square meter. The image below shows the texture of the white offset paper used in SuperPAK extra mailers.
Product Packaging Information:
PACKS:
- Formats from A/11 to H/18, including CD, are shrink-wrapped in sets of 10 mailers, while formats I/19 and K/20 are shrink-wrapped in sets of 5 due to market requirements.
Each pack is labeled with a sticker containing information about the quantity, contents, and an EAN-13 barcode.
CARTON and PALLET:
- Packs of bubble mailers are packed in brown cardboard cartons sealed with paper tape.
- Each carton is labeled with a sticker indicating the quantity and contents.
- Each pallet is equipped with pallet cards providing details on the quantity and contents.
SuperPAK extra bubble mailers feature a simple closing flap with one HK adhesive strip and do not include any holes for security seals.
Pre-packaged SuperPAK Extra bubble mailers are available in stock. The mailers are made of 75 g/m² white offset paper with FSC® certification (FSC® MIX category) and feature a printed label on the back, indicating the certification.
