Product Packaging Information:

Standard Window – D/14 Format

Right-side window: 90 x 55 mm
Position: 65 mm from the right edge × 40 mm from the bottom

Explanation: A right-aligned window measuring 90 mm in height and 55 mm in width, positioned 65 mm from the right-hand edge and 40 mm from the bottom of the envelope.

Below are the flap options available:

Variant A – Straight Flap. STANDARD

Flap components:

I – Adhesive;
II – Silicone-coated paper strip protecting the adhesive from drying out.

• Variant A functionality:

1 – The packer inserts the contents into the mailer and peels off the silicone strip;
2 – The packer seals the flap, and the adhesive bonds permanently to the paper. The package is then sent;
3 – The recipient opens the flap by pulling it and removes the contents. The envelope’s design allows for recycling by separating the paper from the plastic film.

Variant B – Straight Flap with Holes for Seals

Flap components:

I – Adhesive;
II – Silicone-coated paper strip protecting the adhesive from drying out;
III – Holes for seals (for formats A/11, B/12, and C/13, as well as other formats with a width up to 15 cm – 1 hole. Wider mailers are equipped with 2 holes for seals).

Variant B functionality:

1 – The packer inserts the contents into the mailer and peels off the silicone strip;

2.a – The packer seals the flap, with the adhesive bonding permanently to the paper, and sends the package;

2.b – The packer seals the flap, with the adhesive bonding permanently to the paper, then secures it with a seal bearing a unique number, and sends the package;

3 – The recipient opens the flap by pulling it and removes the contents. The mailer’s design allows for recycling by separating the paper from the plastic film.

Seals

Available on the market, seals are made from a variety of materials; however, their purpose remains the same. Each seal features a unique identification number and is applied to secure the contents against tampering or unauthorized access.

Standard Window – G/17 Format

Left-side window: 55 x 90 mm
Position: 30 mm from the left edge × 220 mm from the bottom

Explanation: A left-aligned window measuring 55 mm in height and 90 mm in width, positioned 30 mm from the left-hand edge and 220 mm from the bottom of the envelope.

Non-Standard Window Size and Placement

Minimum order quantity: 100,000 pcs

Cost considerations: Creating a custom window size or placement requires purchasing additional tooling (a new die cutter and different sealing heaters for the window), which impacts pricing.

Window Placement Guidelines:

Minimum distance from the bottom: 30 mm (relatively low additional cost)

Minimum distance from the top: 50 mm (relatively low additional cost)

Minimum distance from the left or right side: 30 mm (requires entirely new tooling – therefore relatively expensive)
