Brown padded pockets with bubble wrap
Modern design! With a seal only around the perimeter of the bubble mailer (instead of non-ecological gluing on the entire surface of the paper and foil). The new concept has resulted in a friendlier and equally durable replacement for the old glued construction! Easy to pack goods and quick to prepare for shipment. You place the package inside, peel off the strip securing the glue, close the five-centimeter flap, and gently press it. You do not have to wrap the parcel in unaesthetic looking stretch or self-adhesive tapes, which would cost you time and money!
Your shipment in a printed bubble mailer will find its way into the hands of the customer. He will not have to tear the bad-looking, glued together layers of the stretch and adhesive tape or use a sharp knife to cut them. Instead, he will look at your logo, a unique advertising slogan. Then he will tear open the flap and take out the product. Is this not how you would like to open all packages?
After using the brown bubble mailers, you can easily separate the paper from the plastic wrap. This design encourages the end-user to perform selective waste collection as opposed to outdated bubble pocket designs.
Brown bubble mailers with an overprint
Usually made with a 1-color overprint. Mostly black on the front. For example, the logo, shop address or website, return correspondence data, and contracts with the post office are printed like that. You can order pockets with or without sealing holes, which does not affect the price. Types of FLEXO printing
1+0 PRINTING
is a one color print, one-sided (available for 5,000 pieces and more),
we advise: one color print, one-sided printing is the cheapest and most often ordered;
PRINTING APLA (graphics and texts can be in colour of the paper)
is a print on the entire surface of the pocket, usually double-sided. Printed 1-3 colors on the front unmatched. Print on the back 1 color (available for quantities from 5,000 and larger),
2+0 PRINTING
is a print of two selected colors, one-sided (available for quantities from 5,000 and larger),
3+0 PRINTING
is a print of three selected colors, one-sided (available for quantities from 5,000 and larger),
endless graphic patterns PRINTING
is a print of one selected color, one-sided or two-sided. On the front there is a logo and postal information, website, advertising. A simple enough endless pattern in the graphic design of the company’s brand (available for quantities from 5,000 and larger),
we advise: Colors are selected on the basis of uploaded files or indicated by the customer. One-color print is the cheapest and most often chosen. The printing area for orders from 5,000 pcs and larger – is the all outer area of the pockets.
Information for specialists: Bubble pockets are made up of 2 independent paper roles, back roll and front roll – that’s why we don’t match the front print with the back print – and vice versa. What this means in practice: If the print with the adress / logo is on the front, then the back can be unprinted, or one-color APLA, or one-color and large-caliber with endless pattern printing. If the print with the adress / logo is on the back, then the front can be unprinted, or one-color APLA, or one-color and large-caliber with endless pattern printing.

Bubble pockets – flaps variant to choose
Available for the each of kind and format:
Variant A – straight flap – pocket without holes for leaden seal.
Possibilities of the variant A: the packer unglues HK strip 1. And closes flap 2.,
the glue seals the pocket permanently.
Variant B – straight flap – pocket with holes for the leaden seal.
Possibilities of the variant B: the packer unglues HK strip 1. And closes flap 2.a., the glue seals the pocket permanently.
The packer can use the leaden seal, but he doesn’t have to use it 2.b. (holes on the flap don’t increase the price).
Variant C – trapezium flap – pocket with control strip – without holes for the leaden seal.
Possibilities of the variant C: the packer unglues HK strip 1. and closes flap by gluing it to the strip control, the glue doesn’t seal pockets permanently 2.,

Worth knowing!
1. Strip HK – strip protects the glue against dry off.
2. Holes for the leaden seal – the standard formats bubble pockets A/11, B/12, C/13 and unstandard formats with width till 15 cm have 1 hole. Widther unstandard bubble pockets and the rest of the standard formats have 2 holes for the leaden seal.
Attention! If the order doesn’t have information about the holes, the pockets will be made in standard, without holes.
3. Control strip – allowed to unglue flap without destroy flap and glue.
4. Trapezium flap – cuts facilitate by ungluing flaps from polyester control strip.
The leaden seal
The leaden seal – constructions aviable on the market, material from which they are made are diverse, but the purpose of their use is the same. Each of the leaden seal have individual number.

- New improved design enables easy separation of paper from foil – easy selection of waste at the recipient’s home. Probably none of us wants to waste a few minutes on difficult (often impossible) separating paper from foil. The difficult separated bubble wrap for paper causes most of us to throw bubble envelopes into mixed waste after use. To enable and encourage end users to selectively collect waste, at Ecobag Network we only sell modern bubble pockets that are extremely easy and quick to recycle.
- The customer will receive your package in a bubble pocket with your logo. Thanks to its properties and durability, you don’t have to wrap the pockets with an additional foil stretch or stick them with extra self-adhesive tape. What files should You provided:
- GRAPHIC FILES FOR QUOTATION: You can send a description of the print and attach a logo, or send the project, or send a ready file in print quality.
- GRAPHIC FILES FOR PRINTING: files ready for printing, or materials. In curves or bitmaps at a resolution of at least 300 dpi. (You do not understand, or have any questions? Write to us, we will advise).
