Easy to use packing with peal & seal closing flap, expandable pockets made of brown or white paper.
Pockets with square bottom for sending documents in ream and spatial packages. Widely used in online dispatch and in the transmission and storage of documentation and contracts.
Also available with the customer’s print, in many formats and technologies of printing! With a small print or the entire surface. Available on request EBD pockets with a foil address window.

Types of printing
We choose the printing technology for You – send painting files or describe what you need. For this quantity we can do for you:
PRINTING 1+0 (FLEXO or SCREEN PRINTING methods. For screen printing extra colours: white, gold and silver)
one-color printing, one-sided (available for quantity 50-4.500 pcs),
we advise: one-color, one-sided printing, it is the cheapest and ordered more often;
PRINTING 1+0 (FLEXO or SCREEN PRINTING methods. For screen printing extra colours: white, gold and silver)
one-color printing, double-sided (available for quantity 50-4.500 pcs),
PRINTING 2+0 (SCREEN PRINTING methods. Extra colours: white, gold and silver)
two-color printing, one-sided (available for quantity 50-3.000 pcs),
PRINTING 2+2 (SCREEN PRINTING methods. Extra colours: white, gold and silver)
two-color printing, double-sided (available for quantity 50-3.000 pcs),
PRINTING CMYK+0 (DIGITAL technology)
multicolour printing, one-sided (available for quantity 50-4.500 pcs),
we advise: DIGITAL printing is not of CMYK offset printing quality. DIGITAL cannot print to the edge of the RBD pocket;
PRINTING CMYK+CMYK (DIGITAL technology)
multicolour printing, one-sided (available for quantity 50-3.000 pcs),
we advise: DIGITAL printing is not of CMYK offset printing quality. DIGITAL cannot print to the edge of the RBD pocket;
we advise: we can chose the colours using graphic files. Colours cen be selected by the Customers. One-color print is the cheapest and most often chosen. The print area for orders of quantities from 50 to 4.5 thousand is different for each of the RBD pocket size (technological reasons). For small quantities (50-4.500 pcs) it is not possible to print to the edge of the paper RBD pocket.

Der Verpackung betreffende Informationen:
- Die Taschen wird in den braunen Kartons, die mit dem Papierband geklebt sind, gepackt.
- An jeden Karton kleben wir die Etikette mit der Information über den Inhalt an.
- Menge im Karton und auf der Palette findest Du unter die Taschen in „FORMATE“ und in den PDF-Kataloge.
- Wenn Du die genauen Informationen, wie Gewicht und Größe der Kartons, Gewicht, Stückanzahl auf der Palette und Palettenhöhe, brauchst, findest Du diese in: Preiseliste Excel.

Rodzaje nadruków do wyboru
It is possible to print on the entire outer area of the pockets. This means: one-sided or two-sided printing (the same price), on the expandable sides of the RBD pockets, and on the bottom (f.e. a bar code on the RBD bottom).
It’s not popular, but posdible: to print on inside area of RBD pocket – 1 color or even CMYK.
NADRUK 1+0 / 1+1 (metodą OFFSET na arkuszu)
czyli druk jednego wybranego koloru Pantone, jednostronny lub dwustronny (dostępny dla ilości od 5.000 szt. i większych),
warto wiedzieć: nadruk jednokolorowy jest tańszy i najczęściej wykonywany;
NADRUK APLA z wybraniem (metodą OFFSET na arkuszu)
czyli druk na całej zewnętrznej powierzchni RBD, na którym teksty i loga są w kolorze papieru (dostępny dla ilości od 5.000 szt. i większych),
NADRUK 1+0 / 1+1 / 2+0 / 2+2 / 3+0 / 3+3 / 4+0 / 4+4 (metodą OFFSET na arkuszu)
czyli druk od 1 do 4 wybranych kolorów Pantone, jednostronny lub dwustronny (dostępny dla ilości od 5.000 szt. i większych),
NADRUK CMYK (metodą OFFSET na arkuszu)
czyli druk wielokolorowy CMYK 1-100% powierzchni, jedno lub dwustronny (dostępny dla ilości 5.000 szt. i większych, polecany dla papieru białego),
Warto wiedzieć: Kolory dobieramy na podstawie przesłanych plików lub wskazane przez Klienta. Nadruk jednokolorowy jest najtańszy i najczęściej wybierany. Pole nadruku dla zamówień ilości od 5.000 szt. i większych to cała zewnętrzna powierzchnia rozszerzalnych kopert RBD. Niestosowany w praktyce, ale możliwy technicznie poddruk.
